Privacy Policy for Monopoly AI Banker

Franceschi Industries ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Monopoly AI Banker mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information.

Information We Collect

Monopoly AI Banker is a digital banking companion for tabletop board game play. The App itself does not require account creation and does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, address, or phone number.

Advertising Data. The App displays ads served through Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google AdMob and its partners may automatically collect certain information from your device, including:

• Advertising identifier (e.g., Android Advertising ID)
• Device information (device type, operating system version)
• IP address and approximate location (derived from IP address)
• App usage and interaction data related to ad delivery

This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Locally Stored Data. Any game data you enter (such as player names or balances) is stored locally on your device to allow the App to function as a banker for your game session. This information is not transmitted to us or stored on our servers.

Photos Used for Scanning. If you use the App's optional scan feature, the photo you take or choose is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to a server we operate (a Cloudflare Worker), which forwards it to Google's Gemini API to identify money and property cards in the image. The photo is used only to generate that one response and is not stored by us afterward. As with any network request, your device's IP address is incidentally visible to Cloudflare and Google while the request is processed. How We Use Information

Information collected through the App's advertising integration is used to:

• Display ads within the App
• Measure ad performance
• Help prevent fraud and abuse

Photos submitted through the scan feature are used solely to return the scan result to you.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements. See Google's privacy practices at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
• Google Gemini API — for analyzing photos submitted through the scan feature. See the Gemini API terms.
• Cloudflare — hosts the server that relays scan requests to the Gemini API.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

Your Choices

You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings:

• Android: Settings > Google > Ads > "Opt out of Ads Personalization"

You may also reset your advertising identifier at any time through your device settings.

Data Retention

We do not retain personal data on our own servers, as the App does not require account creation. Advertising-related data is retained by Google AdMob according to Google's own retention policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
